Founded in June, 2000, Also Networks has offices in New York and Israel, and technical support staff in three countries. Our customer base ranges from very light web sites to fully customized solutions on dedicated servers. If you don't see the plan you need on the main web page, open a trouble ticket and ask to speak to a sales person about your specific needs.
Our servers are located in two data centers, one in Houston (ev1servers.net / theplanet.com) and Dallas (colo4dallas.net).
Each rack is protected by a Watchguard firewall behind a Cisco switch. Each server is protected by a software firewall as well.
All servers have at least RAID 5 redundency. Backups are done incrementally, several times per day, using Continuous Data Protection backup software from r1soft.com as well as other methods. Our spam protection includes both Spamassassin and Mail Foundry (mailfoundry.com).
